Ofek Ron is the Co-Founder & CEO of Oshi, an activist, and a 4x founder dedicated to sustainable food innovation. Under his leadership, Oshi has launched the first whole-cut, 100% plant-based salmon fillet in the US market, with the mission of bringing sustainable seafood to lovers of the ocean everywhere. Previously, Ofek was the CEO of a software distribution company and drove global business development at a leading animal-rights non-profit. He holds a BA in Business and Economics from Reichman University.
